Moe is the perfect balance between the creative and the technical, and is at his most comfortable when asked to produce profitable, inventive breakthroughs on expected norms. The sweet spot for Moe is in the “grey-space” that lives between recruiting, branding, marketing and training.
In addition to leading the startup of three companies and building his own teams, Moe also has a wealth of professional consulting experience. He has been working as a full-time professional facilitator, trainer, coach and designer for the past 5 years, recently joining the Hire Alignment team to further his work in these areas.
Most recently, Moe’s work with Rogers Communications on the Wireless Fast Track program was recognized with an Award of Excellence (2006) by the Canadian Society for Training and Development.
He is certified in a range of communication style, leadership assessment and benchmarking tools. He has a depth of experience working with audiences and stakeholders that range from frontline staff to senior management teams.
