As a “transformation” coach, Robin helps people and organizations get from where they are now to where they want to be, using her extensive skills in training, coaching and change management programs. Along the way she found that the companies who have engaged the hearts and minds of their people are the most resilient.
In the current business environment, where change has become the norm, Robin believes that people need a cause to believe in; a reason to come to work beyond the paycheck. Robin is passionate about finding the gold in people and in companies and leveraging it to create the greatest impact. The concept of helping organizations actually create an inspiring and profitable culture is what attracted her to Hire Alignment.
Robin’s background includes a senior management role at Communicare, a training and development organization specializing in communications, leadership, sales and interpersonal effectiveness. At SmithKline Beecham, she performed in a sales and marketing capacity and was the only Canadian representative ever selected to serve on an international advisory committee. In the United States, she owned and operated two fitness studios, providing her with valuable insights into entrepreneurship, sales, service and management.
Since 1993, she has consulted with thousands of executives, managers and their teams in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia to help them overcome business and personal challenges. Her clients have benefited from improved sales, productivity, communication and leadership.
Robin studied nursing and psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
She obtained professional Coaching Certification from The Coaches
Training Institute in a one-year intensive program designed to bring
state-of-the-art coaching skills to the workplace. She is also trained
in the Appreciative Inquiry process. In fact, Robin has an array of
certifications and is skilled in a variety of communication processes
and analytical tools. With her skills, experience and passionate purpose
